What Happened To The Pips?
A founding member of "Gladys Knight and the Pips" has passed away. According to the Huffington Post, William Guest died from congestive heart failure at 74. A few members of the group have also died.
Original Pips member Eleanor Guest died on August 23, 1997, due to heart failure. Langston George died from congestive heart failure on March 19, 2007. It is said that Bubba Knight continued to oversee his sister's career by being her tour manager and sometimes joining Gladys onstage during performances.
